Finally, our long awaited Junko Day 5 has been realized yesterday! I guess that Sunday is the day for us, since we are all free on this weekend day, ne?

Ahhhh~ if we could only make this a weekly thing, but I guess that's not really possible considering the time work and school is demanding us. TT_TT

Anyway, we met at Mega Mall's Bubble Tea restaurant this morning, departing from the original plan at Shangri-la's Tokyo Tokyo. Call time was 10 AM, but being Filipinos well, I guess there's no shame anymore to being late. Even I--who set the time--came late. >_< Gomen! But it only took little time for us to gather.

Really, how can less than 3 minutes of time make me out of breath from squealing and giggling so much?! Possible. Ask them. (*sigh* Uru~) Kamiru, thanks for the pic!!! XDDDDD

We ordered our food and settled down. I only got a large Green Milk Tea Shake (?) and one of those cute cakes at Bread Talk. I think it's "Mango Fuji(something) Cake" but let me recommend it for those who like their cake not very sweet but of course, not deprived of the "oiishi"-ness of the food. It is indeed a food for the stomach and the eyes.

Of course the usual routine of Jrock info exchange commenced then Junko (sibey) presented to me her promised Fake Nails, embellished for my fruitsy pleasure~

Later that afternoon, Nanz joined us to watch the afternoon showing of Eiga Sai.

Unfortunately for us, tickets of the 2:00 PM show was all taken so we got the 4:00 PM show instead. I needed to buy "Shanghai Baby" by Wei Hui so we settled in Powerbooks for a while. Of course, people as loud as we are, we really can't help going through things and just talk with the eyes. No~ we have to laugh and say really "cute" things for entertainment. 8D

Around 3:30 or so, we walked back to the cinema area of Shangri-la for the 4:00 PM show. The film started immediately, so good thing we came early and got "proper" seats for us. Why "proper"? Because we were the craziest bunch and people behind us, if we settled at the middle or front row, would surely whack us with a metal geta. And that would hurt really baaaaad. XDDD

The movie wasn't so bad and I can't say it blew me away, as well. The title of the film is "We Shall Overcome Someday". In the beginning, it was an all out bloody brawl fest and I have to say the plot was a slow-mover. However, it made sense along the way and the ending was "Rashomon"-like, for amidst all the chaos between gangs and the sacrifices of comrades, there is still hope for change in every individual and society.

Afterwards, we walked back to Mega mall to eat. WAAAAH~ and to my delight, the promised Tuna Pie really dawned on me! *w* I sooo love you all~ DOMO DESU!

And since the song from the film was haunting us as well as Satoshi's little cute song, I just had to transcribe it!

We also took pictures and signed something for NAO's (of Alice 9) birthday! HEHE~ I hope he receives it! XDDD

Ah~ the talk of Haado Gay ended the convo and we were all ready to part ways.

No, it's not a holiday, but it's YOMI's (千葉) birthday!!!! For those who does not know (shame on you!) Yomi is Nightmare's vocalist and transforms into Chiba for their alter-ego band, Sendai Kamotsu which is a total crack! Hontou ni!!! XDDDD

Whoops, I'm alive.

School demands my time greatly and I don't have any choice but to comply. Although I can very much contradict my dharma and play bum for the rest of the semester. Strangely, I am very much inclined to how much work I can finish within a day's time. If I can survive half of the semester, I think I'll live to actually march for my graduation.

Well, okay updates.

1. My thesis have been improved. My title: Hikikomori: Exploring the Theme of Self-imposed Withdrawal and Isolation in the anime "Welcome to NHK!" You think I can pull this off? Maybe. I'm not so confident with my chosen text but interest and passion for Japanese culture intact, I guess i'll finish it. The adviser assigned to me is of course fairly familiar with Japanese culture as well because I listened to her deliver her research which is a Feminist reading of the anime Ayashi no Ceres. I am very much thrilled to meet her, however I hate to disappoint her when she ask me about the progress of my reseach and hear crooo croooo sounds instead. So I'm off watching the anime later.

2. I look like a total arse in our Film and Lit class. I think Ma'am Anette can smell my stupidity from her table (and loathing it). I must make up it up to my papers.

3. The 32 inches SAMSUNG LCD TV arrived today. Whoah~ I've never imagined such expensive and cool appliance in my very own home. It comes with a home-theatre system and a Samsung DVD. XD YEAH! Blue Ray here we come!!! XDDDDDDD Now we have 3 tvs and 3 DVDs. I guess I can have my space now. 8D ♥♥♥

4. My mom and I bought a 17 inches second hand monitor last Wednesday. How tragic that after waiting for 3 months to have my desktop pc running again, the CPU hits tantraum. I'm not sure if its the Powersupply again or it's just dirty. I hope it's the latter so I can save money and energy. God knows who'll be paying for the damages again. x.x

Ayan siya! Binigay ko na siya kay Chesu since may atraso ako sa purikura pics namin tapos napapasobra ako ng pang-aasar at nagta-tantraum na siya na kala mo anak ko. Kaya ayan~ Pangalanan mo na ha! Yung unang nakuha namin, effort naming tatlo nila Nel at Chesu at ni Kuya na mukhang magaling sa ganung laro kasi higante yung nakuha niya na nakasukbit sa likod niya. Well, MAO and I have been anticipating this special for him since the beginning of the month and finally it's here!!! I am really really proud of Uruha. He outdid himself in this shoot. We all know how beautiful he is, but these pictures, especially the goddess-like pics are breath-taking. He embodies the aura of a god. Regal, prestine, superior in bothe beauty and power. Ah~ and I so admire the lighting and compositions of the pictures, I hope I'll be able to do that in the future. Haha, admittedly, I took notice of the compositon of the picture before the model. I guess, I am a frustrated photographer at heart.

Well, the first photo I think he's an ICE QUEEN or something. Or he's covered in dried Elmer's glue, I dunno. haha~

The second pic of him is a very manly Uruha. No 'thighs of doom', no face close up but the masculine aura of Uruha.

The third pic I give two thumbs up after the first picture. I remember my classmate telling me how handsome the game character in my phone wallpaper is and I had to laugh at her because she missed who it is. It was Uruha painting his nails! She knows Uru and this is what she said:

Joanna: Ha? Ay puuuuuutang ina, ang gwapoooooo!

In this pic I think he either looks like a 3D character in the likes of Squall or a BJD. WHOA~ He really does!

I remember this was almost 4 years ago? My cousin and I did a small photoshoot in her room and me as the model. I'm a stupid model so almost all the shots were not of standards and we had to rely on a webcam and a lampshade as primary tools for the shoot. Really.

Haha~ But I remember those times. And these three pics were I pretended to be a ghost. Cool eh? She did the hair and make-up for me. And I miss those days.
