nice?

a pretty good day, it has become. at dahil dito, kinakabahan ako. as i've said once, bad things could happen anytime, especially after having such a great time, know what i mean?

this morning, after suffering some really bad headache and surviving the pain with only sleep alone, my tita said that the conflict hovering my relatives for some time now have been settled. all is well and done and that their family is FINALLY going to the states. they've been waiting for the approaval of their petition papers for soooo long and they deserve the good life ahead.

Ang may tiyaga, may linagaga.

Goodluck and ja matta!!!

then, finally i've reminded her of the money she owes me and promised to give it next week. i really need it since i just borrowed it from my bro who is bugging me like crazy since last last month about it!

then at around 11 we left our dad's house to get back to my real house because we're going to watch Star Wars with my mom. Went to Market! Market! and head straight for the cinema. Of course Star Wars was good! Always have been! and am proud to say to have now completed the saga of the Jedis! *clap*. Seeing in the credits Written and Directed by: George Lucas just really made me more at awe at the talent of that guy! he's a genius! IDOL!!!

ok, so after watching, we strolled around and found a small area selling some pretty cute notebooks and books, even some bags. I think they were from Korea. I went to the pocket books section and saw 2 Anne Rice novels up for grabs!!!! HUWAAA!!!! Interview with the Vampire and Lasher for only 70 php each!!! My gohlay! i went to my mom immediately and made her buy it! Huweee!!! Then bought some pens, notebooks and pensil cases in addition to that. We ate at KFC and had my stomach filled with lots of Chicken and potatos! Yummy!!!

At technology market, we looked at some DVDs but failed to buy one since the ATM at the mall has no money, damn it! bought lots of CD-R for future purposes...then went to Tulay to Watson. bought finally some hair grower...i'm really getting bald, think i'm sick? I dunno...
since my mom and bro decided to have their hair done, i loited around Tulay, at the UK stores and the nearby mall. Saw some DVDs!!!! i told my mom about it and said that we'll but it tom!!!! huweee!!!! Ureshii!!!! and i've been bugin her about it since Feb! FINALLY!!!!

so, all is good now...what now?

i still haven't mention about j-crunch, could i really go and go home that late? i'm still digging my hole way out. pray for me, oh! Kami-sama!!!!

j-crunch re-poh-toh!

around 5 o'clock in the afternoon when i took a bus to Philcoa, to meet Akki with a friend to our planed destination. The traffic caught me stuck on the road, the 5:30 meeting time, become a 6:30 hello. Worse yet, it rained! and damn, i was soaked alright! The weather picked the perfect day to pour on some dirty, stinking water on us; just when i'm about to go somewhere and wearing my favorite elephant jeans. Shoot. Finally met up with Akki, and met Rhea. i know i've met her before last Ongaku, i dunno if she'd remember me then. Took a break for a while, some peeing session, and off we go to UP Abelardo Hall, where J-Crunch was held.

Of course, alot of trouble because of the rain, got ourself soaked more, good thing Rhea has an umbrella. hmm...so that's why my mom's rainbow umbrella was somehow getting my attention before i left the house. Hehe...i never really followed my instinc, i always regret later. and come'on! the umbrella was RAINBOW colored man! no way! yuck. anyway, there in Abelardo, the rain finally lay low so no more trouble. Had some side troubles because of Akki's bag that wouldnt close and make it self open. when case solved, went to buy some tickets and saw Jane. She's a member of Tomokai, one of the co-organizer of the event so she's in-charge! Haha! have fun stamping, jane? ^^V

As they expected, the show hasn't started yet, but our seat was pretty good, i could see the stage clearly, although i hoped for a closer row for my shots to be better. Man, i saw a lot of digicam around for me to snatch, but no, i'm staying with my vintage filmed-camera. No zoom, just lights. beh. but its okay! hihi...

met a girl named Mara, whom Jane introduced. She said she likes Laruku and Gackt too. yey! However, she's too quiet, so we didn't get to talk much. Wonder if that will happen with me and Shinya too...hehe....Anyways, around 7, i think it started.

From on-forward, it'll be the bands who performed. i'm sorry if it wont be detailed as much as needed for a report. i knew i should have brought a pen with me! the thought sliped in my mind before i left, but then, as i said, i never follow my instinc. Baka.

1. Zero Percent Off
I like this band!!!! Hontou! they played some Asian Kung-fu Generation, Rewrite, one of my favorites and some other stuff like Tightrope of Charcoal Filter. they said their music is Ani-emo-punk, so its cool. i actually like their music and their hob for covering the bands they chose, was great! The vocals were good too, and of course the instruments! Can't say much more for they were the first ones, and i have the tendency to forget fast, considering now i'm recovering from a headache.

2. Xeven:Thursday
Mwehehehe....i actually like one of the guys here. the lead guitarist. he plays really good, like Ken, considering that they cover for Laruku. And he's dressed very jrocker-ish and he's beautiful!!! Long-haired and tall, i can imagine him in one of Anne Rice's novel! Good! Anyway, sadly, Billy, the vocalist said that that will be their last performance, and it will take a long time for them to see them together again and playing. Of couse, a lot of Laruku songs. frankly, i don't know why, but i think they weren't at their best tonight, i didn't enjoy as much. Gomen. But thanks for the music anyway guys! Last song was X by X-Japan, which was played pretty well, with guess vocalist, Neil, from "Do'ahou". So, is this X's surprise? I see...
^^V

3. Rotschreck
I waited long to see this band again, since Hikki day in Kinjo, mainly because they cover Dir en grey songs, and last time i saw them, i couldn't hear the vocals, so now everything is good. Luciel, well he still doesn't remind me of Kyo, but Miyavi. his built and height, reminds me of Miyavi. okay? Well, i like the line up of songs, although i dont know some of them, great anyway! Woo hooo!!!

4. Progeny
"Kami ay mga village people!!!" said Reia, tama ba? the vocalist? anyway! i like her!!! Ang genki genki nya!!! Actually, she reminds me of Shuichi, ang taas kasi ng energy nya, kakatuwa! ^^V. this is one of the bands i was anticipating. i heared they are good and i've seen Hazel and Reia before na nag-cosplay. so ngayun, i want to see them play as band! no disappointments, they were good, and hehe...the dresscode. cool. vocalist, hmmm...plumer? Hazel...uhh...dunno...guitarist, Mcdo, bassist...mental hospital nurse...hehe...drummer...nurse! ha! Astig!!! looking forward to seeing them again!

5. Euphoria
if im not mistaken, their vocalist is from Mini Moni Phil? right? saw her from their performance at Kinjo Hikki day, and i've heared her sang live, and i knew it! She's really good! She sings really well and same goes to her band mates! malupeet! drummer ay girl! i like the Kasou, Punk~en~Ciel cover and Zone songs they played!!! Sugoiii!!!

6. New Fallen Snow
I've seen them before from Anime Quest, i think it was their debut there? played Sobakasu and Radio by Judy and Mary and they won! *claps* i really like jonah li's voice. she can go from the judy and mary tipe pitchy, then to Do as Infinity type. really great! Ohh!!! and they sang Tokyo Jihen's Sounan!!!(?)!!! Really like that song!!! too bad i didn't get to have their pic taken, since the vocalist is always facing back...awww...

7. NEOtaku
Last but not the least, let say in better terms...the Finale. nakz! i've waited long, and i mean long! to see this band perform before my very eyes again! that's years! First time was at the very first C3 con...very long ago...ehehe...the introductory to the band mentioned being them as pioneers and being the very first jcover band in the country and wow...bow down to you guys!!! Damn! i really really loooooove the first play! huwaaaa...from marvel songs to mario....ASTIG!!!!!

It was a long seating for me... 3 and half hours i never really moved from my seat, sorry but i have a habit of getting the most of what i paid for. sinulit ko yung 150 na bayad. hehehe....made some "pirata" transactions with Jane and finally got my Laruku DVD!!! woohoo!!! Going home, we just walked from Abelardo to Philcoa. i thought it was only near since Rhea said if we walk straight ahead, Philcoa is just ahead...huwaa...a long walk ahead. hihi...^^V. busses are rare in Philcoa so me and Rhea (akki went ahead) any bus that will sense home. and so i bid goodbye to her, droping in Tulay and took a tricycle home. mom said i should be home by 12. and funny thing is, i arrived at 11:55.

hehehe...

a passer by

currently DL-ing Shimizu Yuki's Love Mode manga scans. i like the story of this yaoi manga (yes, as always). besides the casuality of men-to-men relationship, there are character reflections and development. i've always loved stories which has these elements.

Since i want more money to fill in my craving, then i guess, besides selling some CDs, i could sell some of my personal stuff. Admitedly, i sometimes buy things out of anticipation, not thinking of other alternatives which will be more beneficiary for me and less the effort.

Selling:

Manga
Gravitation Vol.1-2 [Maki Murakami; translated comic book; published by Tokyopop]
Love Mode Vol.2 [Shimizu Yuki ; original manga]

VCD
Escaflowne: A Girl in Gaea
Rurouni Kenshin : Fighting Collection

i'll upload my list soon. i haven't updated yet, i'm too lazy for the mean time. last updated was last month. gomen and another gomen for the list being so

oh! and can somebody help me find good LINKS for Asian Kung-fu Generation, Orange Range, Bean Bag, Bonnie Pink and new Laruku mp3 or videos! Domo arigatou!!!

*bow*

oh! and i shall be uploading the pics from JCRUNCH, as soon as i get them developed and scanned. YOSH!

New World

surprisingly, i have loads of luck carrying on my back. and these gives me the creeps! everytime something good happens, doubles the bad ones, ne?

anyway! on the brighter side... my mom wont be home for another night. she's in Pampanga for work.
